Next day custom porcelain is not a marketing gimmick. It is a controlled production system designed for clients who need permanent, kiln-fired plates, bowls, mugs or platters under serious deadline pressure.

Rush Custom Porcelain Printing for Serious Deadlines
When time is critical and permanence matters, our next day custom porcelain production lane delivers kiln-fired plates, bowls, mugs and platters under extreme time constraints. This is not surface printing. It is ceramic glaze fused into porcelain at high temperature, producing dishwasher and microwave safe results
If You Are Looking for Cheap and Fast — This Is Not It
This service exists for situations where time matters more than price. PhotoPlates offers rush custom porcelain printing for clients facing urgent deadlines.
We produce real porcelain dishware — plates, bowls, mugs — printed in full color and kiln-fired so the artwork becomes part of the glaze.
This is not a sticker.
This is not sublimation.
This is not plastic or melamine.
It is real porcelain production.
Because of the rush manufacturing involved, this service is expensive — but it is also something almost no one else can do. Actually nobody else can do!
24 Hour Custom Plates & Mugs – How It Works
FastFire Porcelain™ is structured for approved, production-ready artwork. Orders are printed, glazed and fired immediately within a dedicated kiln schedule. Quantities are limited to small production runs to protect quality and speed. Shipping departs within 24 hours when production conditions qualify.
Rush Custom Plates Made in 24 Hours
When events, trade shows, or presentations suddenly need custom printed plates, most suppliers simply say it’s impossible. Our FastFire™ rush production lane allows certain porcelain plates, bowls, and mugs to be printed, glazed, kiln-fired, and shipped within 24 hours depending on kiln availability.
This is real porcelain production — not stickers, sublimation, vinyl decals, or plastic plates.
Not Dye Sublimation. Not Pad Printing. Not Plastic.
Many rush printing services rely on dye sublimation (which has no glaze) or pad printing, or they use plastic melamine ware. These methods sit on the surface and can fade, scratch, or wear over time.
Our process permanently fuses ceramic glaze into porcelain inside a kiln. The result is real porcelain with a permanent fired surface — not a temporary surface print.
FastFire™ porcelain is produced using ceramic pigments, glaze application, and high-temperature kiln firing — the same fundamental process used in commercial porcelain manufacturing worldwide.

FastFire™ Rush Porcelain Printing – Frequently Asked Questions
Can custom porcelain really be produced within 24 hours?
In certain situations, yes. If kiln availability allows, FastFire™ rush production can print, glaze, kiln-fire, and ship custom porcelain plates, bowls, or mugs within approximately 24 hours. Availability depends on current kiln schedules.
Is FastFire™ porcelain printing permanent?
Yes. The artwork is fused into the porcelain glaze during kiln firing. This creates a permanent ceramic surface that is dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
How is this different from sublimation or other printing methods?
Many custom dishware suppliers use dye sublimation, pad printing, or simple screen printing methods. Dye sublimation does not involve a ceramic glaze and is typically decorative rather than permanent. (and not dishwasher or microwave or food safe)
Pad printing and basic screen printing can produce durable results when fired, but they are always involve very few colors and low image resolution.
FastFire™ uses full-color ceramic printing followed by glazing and kiln firing, allowing detailed artwork to permanently fuse into the porcelain glaze.
What types of items can be produced with FastFire™?
Typical items include porcelain plates, bowls, mugs, and presentation platters used for events, corporate presentations, marketing launches, and emergency gifts.
How do I start a FastFire™ rush order?
Text or call 416-410-8797 ext. 1 and include the word “FastFire”. Our production team will review artwork, kiln availability, and shipping options immediately.
What Is FastFire™ Porcelain Printing?
FastFire™ is our rush production lane for custom porcelain printing. Unlike promotional printing methods such as dye sublimation, vinyl decals, pad printing, or plastic melamine plates, FastFire™ uses real ceramic production.
Artwork is printed onto porcelain plates, bowls, mugs, or other dishware and then glazed and kiln-fired. During firing the artwork permanently fuses into the porcelain glaze.
The result is real porcelain dishware that is:
- Dishwasher safe
- Microwave safe
- Permanent ceramic print
- Food-safe glazed surface
FastFire™ rush production may allow certain items to be printed, glazed, kiln-fired, and shipped within 24 hours depending on kiln availability.
Because this process involves real ceramic firing and interrupts normal kiln production schedules, availability is limited and pricing reflects the rush manufacturing required.
Most companies cannot produce real porcelain printing this quickly. FastFire™ exists for situations where time matters more than price.
Custom Porcelain Plates for Film and Television Production
Film and television productions often require authentic porcelain dishware for restaurant scenes, dining sequences, or promotional props.
FastFire Porcelain™ allows production teams to obtain custom printed porcelain plates quickly, even when filming deadlines are extremely tight.
Because the artwork is kiln-fired into the porcelain glaze, the plates look authentic on camera and hold up under real food service conditions.
FastFire Porcelain™ has been used for urgent production requests where traditional ceramic manufacturing timelines were not possible.
Typical uses include:
• restaurant scene tableware
• branded plates for film props
• promotional or press photography
• production design elements
• television and streaming productions
Rush production and FedEx air shipping allow many orders to be completed within extremely short timelines when kiln availability allows.
